We describe the repairs we carry out, the materials and damage types we usually work with, and the sectors and areas we serve. It is written to help you judge whether to contact us — it is general information, not a technical assessment of your item.

Whether a repair is suitable always depends on the specific material, the type and extent of the damage, the age and condition of the item, colour and finish matching, and safe access. We will tell you when repair is not the right answer.

• Nothing on this website is an offer to carry out work at a stated price, and no prices are published here.
• Any figure we discuss is subject to assessment of the item — usually from clear photographs and, where needed, an on-site look.
• Work is only agreed once we confirm the scope in writing and you accept it. That accepted written quotation, together with any service terms supplied with it, governs the work itself.
• Submitting an enquiry or form does not create a contract or a booking.

Some images are illustrative and are used to show the kind of surface, item or setting being described. Where an image is genuine Surface Magic work, it is clearly identified as completed work — for example on our Our Work page. Results differ from item to item, so an example is not a promise of an identical outcome on your surface.

The Surface Magic Repairs name, logo, page content, written descriptions and our own photographs belong to us or are used with permission. You may view pages, print or save them for your own reference, and share links. You may not copy our content or imagery for your own commercial use, republish it, or present it as your own work without our written permission.

• Do not use the site or our enquiry channels unlawfully, or to send abusive, misleading or fraudulent content.
• Do not send us material you do not have the right to send, including photographs of a property you have no connection with.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its security, or the third-party systems it links to, and do not scrape or bulk-harvest content.
• Do not submit malicious files or anything designed to disrupt our systems.

We link to other websites — for example Google, Trustpilot and LinkedIn — and we embed a small number of third-party features such as our map, our review feed and our enquiry form.
