Surface Repairs for Homes & Properties
We repair damaged hard surfaces in houses, flats, rentals and renovation projects across the UK: baths, shower trays, sinks and sanitaryware, kitchen worktops, tiles, UPVC windows and frames, doors, furniture and hard flooring.
Most cosmetic damage can be repaired and colour matched in place. We will always tell you honestly what a repair will look like beforehand — some damage finishes close to invisible, and some is best described as a strong, tidy improvement rather than a perfect match.
Home Types
Every home picks up marks over time, and the item that looks ruined is usually still perfectly sound underneath. We repair chipped and cracked baths, shower trays, sinks and sanitaryware, burnt or scratched kitchen worktops, cracked tiles, UPVC windows and door frames, internal doors, furniture and hard flooring. Work is carried out in place, room by room, so the rest of the house carries on as normal.
In flats and apartments, repairing in place also avoids the access, lift and waste-removal problems that come with taking a bath or worktop out of the building.

Property Use
Where a property is let, timing matters as much as the finish. Rental repairs are usually needed between tenancies or during an occupied tenancy, and we work with tenants and letting agents to arrange access, keep the visit short and leave the property clean and usable. Landlord and portfolio work is arranged directly with owners: we look at what genuinely needs replacing, what can be repaired and how to keep a property presentable across the years rather than at a single changeover.
Holiday lets, serviced accommodation and student properties are booked around changeover days and term dates, so a bathroom or kitchen is back in use quickly.

Projects & Spaces
During a build or a renovation, damage tends to arrive at the worst moment: a brand-new bath chipped before completion, a worktop scratched by another trade, tiles cracked while a room is being finished. A repair keeps the item you chose and paid for, without a re-order, a return visit from the supplier or another trade being called back. Kitchens and bathrooms are the areas we are asked about most, from worktop joints and burns to shower trays, panels and splashbacks.
We can also carry out an anti-slip assessment on baths and shower trays as part of the same visit where it is relevant to the property.

Why repair
Repair before replacement
Lower cost than replacement
You keep the existing bath, worktop or door instead of buying a new one and paying to have it fitted.
Less mess and disruption
Most repairs are localised, carried out in place and finished in a single visit where the damage allows.
Less waste
A sound item stays in the property rather than going to a skip because of one damaged area.
Faster than a re-order
No supplier lead times, no waiting for other trades to strip out and refit around the replacement.
