Homes & private property
- Homeowners repairing kitchen and bathroom damage rather than replacing it
- Landlords, letting agents and build-to-rent operators between tenancies
- New-build owners raising cosmetic items with their developer
Coverage area
Greater Manchester is the region we work in day to day, and our workshop and base sit inside it at Nelson Mill in Bolton. The county is unusually mixed for surface repair work: city-centre apartment towers and hotels in Manchester and Salford, dense Victorian terraces and semis across Bolton, Bury, Oldham and Rochdale, large managed and student portfolios, retail parks, and a constant flow of new-build and refurbishment sites. Construction and development work makes up around a third of what we do, so much of our week is spent resolving late-stage cosmetic damage on live sites alongside single repairs in family homes. Because everything runs from one base rather than a branch network, the same specialists cover all ten boroughs.
Surface Magic Repairs is based in Bolton. We travel to every area we cover; we do not keep a local office in each town.
What we repair here
Work is scheduled by project. Site lists, access requirements and photographs of the damage let us plan visits sensibly rather than promising blanket UK cover.
Boroughs
Each borough page lists the towns and districts covered within it.
Who we work for
Getting started
Quotations are based on what we can see and where the work is. Three things let us respond properly:
A close-up of the damage plus a wider shot of the whole surface, taken in good light.
Tell us what it is — laminate, solid surface, acrylic, tile, glass, uPVC or timber — if you know.
The complete repair address and postcode so we can confirm whether a visit is practical and when.
Office enquiries are answered Mon–Fri, 9:00am–3:00pm. We do not quote blind, and we will tell you when replacement is the more durable answer.
