Planned, batched & reactive repairs

Commercial Surface Maintenance

In a working building, cosmetic damage accumulates quietly until it starts to affect how the place looks to customers, staff and tenants. We repair that damage in place, either as a planned visit covering many items at once or as reactive work when something needs putting right.

We work with facilities managers, hotel and hospitality operators, retailers, workplace teams, managed property and multi-site estates. Visits are scheduled around access and operations so repairs happen with as little interruption to the space as possible.

How it works

Our repair process

  1. 01

    Assessment

You send a schedule or photographs of the items needing attention. We review surface types and suitability and identify which items are repairable in place.

  2. 02

    Preparation

Work is planned around access, trading hours and operational needs, then areas are masked and protected before anything begins so the surrounding space is unaffected.

  3. 03

    Repair

Items are worked through in batches during the visit, with each surface repaired using systems suited to that material.

  4. 04

    Finish

Colour, sheen and texture are matched to each surrounding surface as closely as the materials allow, so repairs sit consistently across the site.

  5. 05

    Inspection

Completed items are walked through with your site contact, areas are left clean and ready to use, and we flag anything we judge better suited to replacement.

Honest advice

Suitability and limitations

Every surface is assessed before work is agreed. Where a repair is not the right long-term answer, we will say so.

  • We do not offer response-time promises, service-level agreements, guaranteed coverage or contracted volumes.
  • Every item is still assessed individually — being part of a programme does not make an unsuitable surface repairable.
  • Costs depend on the items, surfaces and access involved, so we quote on the specific schedule rather than publishing rates.
  • Some items on a schedule will be better replaced, and we will say which and why.
  • We do not repair or market granite, quartz or natural stone worktops.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can repairs be batched into a single visit?

Yes. Batching several items into one planned visit is usually the most practical approach for a working building, and we plan the schedule around access and operating hours.

Do you work outside normal trading hours?

Visits are planned around how the space is used, and out-of-hours or phased access can be discussed for live environments. Availability is confirmed for each job rather than promised in advance.

Do you offer a maintenance contract or SLA?

We do not publish service-level agreements or contracted response times. We arrange planned and reactive visits by agreement, based on the schedule of items you send.

Which surfaces can be included in a programme?

Any suitable surface across our repair range — worktops, doors, sanitaryware, panels, cabinetry, uPVC, metal finishes and tiles. Suitability is confirmed at assessment for each item.
