Bolton coverageConstruction & development
Specialist on-site cosmetic repairs for main contractors, housebuilders, developers, fit-out teams and property professionals—helping protect programme, reduce unnecessary replacement and bring damaged finishes up to handover standard.

Who we support
Construction surface repairs are a core part of what we do. The people who call us are usually the ones holding the programme together.
Cosmetic damage picked up late in the programme, repaired in place so completed work does not have to come back out.
Snagging and transit damage across plots, handled plot by plot or in batches ahead of handover to buyers.
Apartment and mixed-use schemes where finishes need to reach handover standard without new material orders.
Retail, office and hospitality fit-outs where damaged worktops, panels, frames and joinery affect the opening date.
A single point of contact for cosmetic snags, with schedules and photographs reviewed before we attend.
Post-completion cosmetic defects in occupied homes and apartments, dealt with considerately in the property.
Damage caused by following trades put right discreetly, without replacement procurement or a dispute over units.
Repeatable repairs across blocks, cores and phases, grouped into planned visits around the live programme.
Typical projects
From single plots to multi-unit schemes, the pattern is consistent: sound items with cosmetic damage that would otherwise be replaced.

Communal areas, cores, lobbies and individual apartments, worked around access restrictions and other trades.
Plots at various stages of completion, with damage batched into scheduled visits rather than one plot at a time.
Snagging and transit damage to worktops, baths, trays, sanitaryware, frames, cills, doors and cabinetry.
Residential above commercial, where finishes and specifications differ between floors and phases.
Retail units, offices and hospitality spaces where damaged finishes threaten a fixed opening date.
Existing buildings brought back up to standard, keeping sound items in place wherever repair is suitable.
On-site scope
The surfaces below cover most construction and development schedules. For material-by-material detail and how each repair is actually carried out, see the dedicated service page.
Commercial value
Repairing a damaged worktop, tray or frame in place means completed tiling, joinery and decoration around it stays untouched.
Repair removes the wait on replacement lead times, which is often what holds up sign-off on an otherwise finished unit.
Fewer replacement orders, deliveries and site movements for items that are structurally sound and only cosmetically damaged.
Snagging schedules are reviewed together so multiple items across plots, floors or cores are covered in planned visits.
Attendance is planned around trade sequencing, access and occupancy rather than assuming an empty site.
Items that can be repaired stay in the building, which supports waste-reduction aims on site without extra process.
Working with your programme
This is the logistics side of a construction instruction: how schedules, access and phased visits are organised around your programme. The step-by-step repair method itself is covered on the new-build snagging repairs service page.
Send photographs and, where you have one, the snagging schedule. We log the items and confirm the programme dates you are working to.
Each item on the schedule is sorted into repairable, not suitable, or needs a closer look, so the commercial position is clear before booking.
Tell us about access arrangements, parking, permits and any induction requirements so attendance can be arranged without holding up other trades.
Plots, floors or cores are grouped into planned visits rather than single call-outs, sequenced around occupancy and other trades on a live programme.
Completed items go back to your site or customer-care contact for confirmation, line by line against the schedule, with photographs on request.
Examples of completed repairs are shown on Our Work.
